Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Welcome to Manasseh Printing Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase or use of our printing, apparel, branding, design, and related services. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, approving a proof, making a payment, or otherwise engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided by Manasseh Printing Services are based on the information, specifications, quantities, materials, artwork, and production requirements available to us at the time the quote is prepared. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quote is an estimate and is not a guarantee of final pricing until the order is confirmed. Changes to quantities, sizes, materials, artwork, colors, production methods, shipping requirements, or other project specifications may result in additional charges. Quotes may also have an expiration date. Pricing may change after a quote expires or if supplier costs or project specifications change.
3. Orders and Approval
An order is considered confirmed once the required information has been received, the customer has approved the applicable proof or specifications, and any required payment or deposit has been received.
For custom projects, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before approving production, including:
-
Spelling and grammar.
-
Names, dates, addresses, phone numbers, and other information.
-
Quantities.
-
Sizes and dimensions.
-
Colors.
-
Artwork and logos.
-
Product selections.
-
Placement of artwork.
-
Finishing specifications.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
4. Artwork and Customer-Supplied Files
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and production-ready artwork unless design services have been included in the order. We may review submitted artwork for basic production requirements; however, customers remain responsible for the accuracy and content of their artwork. If artwork requires significant modifications, recreation, vectorization, formatting, or other preparation, additional design or artwork fees may apply. Customers are responsible for maintaining original copies of their files. Manasseh Printing Services is not responsible for the permanent preservation of customer-supplied artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Proofs and Customer Approval
When a digital proof is provided, production will proceed based on the version approved by the customer. Customer approval confirms that the customer has reviewed the proof and accepts the design, text, layout, colors, dimensions, and other visible specifications. Manasseh Printing Services is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof. Customers should carefully review proofs before providing approval.
6. Color and Product Variations
Because digital displays, monitors, printers, substrates, fabrics, inks, and production processes can reproduce colors differently, the final product may vary slightly from what is displayed on a computer, phone, or digital proof.
Minor variations in color, texture, placement, sizing, or appearance may occur as part of the normal production process. For apparel and other physical products, minor manufacturing variations may also occur between individual items. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a production defect.
7. Apparel and DTF Printing
Our apparel services may utilize DTF printing and other available production methods. DTF printing provides a durable and versatile alternative to other garment-decoration methods, including embroidery, depending on the project and desired result. At this time, embroidery services are not offered by Manasseh Printing Services. When embroidery is requested, DTF printing may be recommended as an alternative when appropriate. Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with decorated apparel. Failure to follow recommended care instructions may affect the appearance or longevity of the printed design.
8. Custom and Personalized Products
Many of our products are custom-made specifically for the customer and may not be suitable for resale or return. Because customized products are produced according to customer-selected specifications, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or when the product is determined to have a qualifying manufacturing or production defect.
9. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Once an order has entered production, cancellation or modification may not be possible. If a cancellation is accepted before production begins, any refund will be determined based on the work already completed, materials purchased, design services provided, processing fees, and other non-recoverable costs. Deposits and payments for custom work may be non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds are not generally available for customer errors, including incorrect quantities, sizes, colors, spelling, artwork, addresses, or other information approved by the customer. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
10. Defective or Incorrect Orders
We want every customer to receive a quality product. If you believe an order contains a manufacturing defect, production error, or does not materially match the approved specifications, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order. We may request photographs, documentation, or return of the affected products to evaluate the issue. If an error is determined to be the responsibility of Manasseh Printing Services, we may, at our discretion and as appropriate, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the affected portion of the order. Issues resulting from customer-approved artwork, customer-supplied information, normal production variation, improper care, misuse, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may not qualify for replacement or refund.
11. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided based on the information available when an order is accepted. Turnaround times may vary depending on order size, product availability, artwork requirements, production schedules, shipping, holidays, supplier delays, and other circumstances. Turnaround time generally begins after all required artwork, specifications, approvals, and payments have been received. Rush services may be available for an additional fee depending on production capacity. A requested deadline should be communicated before an order is confirmed. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested deadlines but cannot guarantee a deadline unless expressly confirmed in writing.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. Manasseh Printing Services is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, incomplete information, carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Once an order has been transferred to a third-party shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's policies and operating conditions. Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon receipt and notify us of any apparent damage or discrepancy.
13. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete their order.
This includes, as applicable:
-
Correct contact information.
-
Accurate shipping or delivery information.
-
Correct quantities and sizes.
-
Correct artwork and logos.
-
Proper spelling and wording.
-
Appropriate permissions for submitted content.
-
Timely approvals and responses.
-
Any other specifications necessary to complete the project.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed responses, or changes requested by the customer may affect the production schedule and delivery date.
14. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of artwork and intellectual property that they own and provide to Manasseh Printing Services. By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, designs, or other materials, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorization to use and reproduce those materials. Customers may not submit material that infringes another person's or organization's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights. Manasseh Printing Services reserves the right to refuse to reproduce material when we reasonably believe that doing so may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
15. Customer Authorization and Indemnification
By submitting artwork or other content for production, the customer represents that they have the legal right to use and reproduce the submitted materials. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or otherwise protected materials submitted for production.
16. Portfolio and Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Manasseh Printing Services may photograph or otherwise document completed products for use in our portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, or promotional content.
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid publicly displaying confidential customer information. If you do not want your completed project photographed or used for promotional purposes, please notify us in writing before production or before the project is completed.
17. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated as part of the applicable quote, invoice, or order confirmation. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable charges, including product costs, design fees, production fees, rush fees, delivery or shipping charges, taxes, and other approved charges.
Orders may not enter production until required payments or deposits have been received. For larger or custom orders, a deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
18. Sales Tax
Applicable sales taxes and other legally required charges may be added to orders in accordance with applicable California law and other applicable tax requirements. The amount of tax charged may vary depending on the nature of the transaction, products purchased, and delivery location.
19. Website Content
